Blue Jacket Businesses LLC, doing business as Blue Jacket Consultancy (“Blue Jacket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the website at bluejacket.io (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a business-to-business consulting firm based in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

- Information you provide. When you book a call, complete a contact or intake form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect what you submit — typically your name, email, company, role, phone number, and any details in your message or scheduling notes.
- Scheduling information. We use Cal.com to schedule calls. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email, selected time, and any details you add, on our behalf.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) log standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and timestamps — for security, performance, and abuse prevention.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site and embedded tools (such as the Cal.com scheduler and Cloudflare) may set cookies necessary for the Site to function and stay secure.
2. How we use information
To respond to inquiries and communicate with you; to schedule, conduct, and follow up on consulting calls and engagements; to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
Only as needed to run our business: with service providers who process data on our behalf (scheduling — Cal.com; hosting/CDN — Vercel, Cloudflare; our email provider) under use-limiting terms; for legal and safety reasons when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale) subject to this Policy.
4. Data retention
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records, and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting us below. Depending on your location (e.g., California, EU/UK), you may have additional rights under applicable law, which we honor as required. You may decline non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
