These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bluejacket.io (the “Site”), operated by Blue Jacket Businesses LLC, doing business as Blue Jacket Consultancy (“Blue Jacket,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
Use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
2. No professional advice / no engagement
Content is provided for general informational purposes and is not professional, financial, legal, or consulting advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create a consulting engagement or professional relationship; an engagement arises only under a separate written agreement.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, the Blue Jacket seal and marks, and design — are owned by or licensed to Blue Jacket and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
4. Third-party services
The Site uses third-party services (such as Cal.com for scheduling). Your use of those is also subject to their terms and policies.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Jacket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site.
7. Indemnification
You agree to hold Blue Jacket harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules; disputes are subject to courts located in New Jersey.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
